A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE, CITY OF REDLANDS
LEVYING A SPECIAL TAX FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1993-94
(MEASURE O)
WHEREAS, the qualified voters of the City of Redlands approved Measure "O" on
November 3, 1987, which incurred bonded indebtedness for the acquisition of park, recreation
and open space land;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does
resolve as follows:
SECTION ONE: There shall be levied on all taxable property in the City of Redlands,
California, for the fiscal year 1993-94 a special property tax on each one hundred dollars
($100,00) of the assessed value of such property to fund six hundred nineteen thousand, nine
hundred forty-eight dollars and seventy-five cents $619,948.75 for the General Obligation
Bond series, 1988A (Measure O),
SECTION TWO: This resolution shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its
passage and approval.
SECTION THREE: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this resolution and
shall cause the same to be published once in the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general
circulation printed and published in this city..
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 120th day of July, 1993.
