A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF REDLANDS AUTHORIZING FILING OF
AN APPLICATION FOR THE APPROPRIATION OF
THE WATERS OF MILL CREEK
WHEREAS , it is desirable for the City to have a
safe and reliable source of surface water; and
WHEREAS , the City of Redlands and the Crafton Water
Company have shared the waters of Mill Creek for over sixty
years; and
WHEREAS, the City desires that the Crafton Water
Company continue to enjoy its historic rights to the waters
of Mill Creek;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Redlands does hereby, declare, determine and order as
follows:
That the City Manager is authorized to sign the
attached Application; and
That the City will recognize the rights of the
Crafton Water Company to its share of the flow of water from
Mill Creek .
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED, this 2nd day of
April , 1990 .

attached is a full , true and correct copy of Resolution
No. 4646 as regularly passed and adopted at a special meeting
of the City Council of the City of Redlands on the 2nd day of
April, 1990 , as appears of record in my offices that since
that adoption date Resolution No. 4646 has not been amended,
modified or repealed, and that it is presently valid and an
existing law of the City of Redlands .
