RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
APPROVING THE ADOPTION BY THE SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY
PLANNING COMMISSION OF A "MINOR SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE"
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
WHEREAS, a "Minor Subdivision Ordinance" would aid proper
review and design of lot splits , and
WHEREAS, such ordinance would prevent formation of land-
locked parcels , and
WHEREAS, such ordinance would prevent haphazard, unplanned
development, and would create more satisfactory
living conditions ,
IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVED that the City of Redlands does
recommend to the County Board of Supervisors the adoption
of a "Minor Subdivision Ordinance" .
