A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
APPOINTING SMALL CLAIMS COURT REPRESENTATIVES AND RESCINDING
RESOLUTION NO. 8405
WHEREAS, the Small Claims Division of San Bernardino County Superior Court
requires the City to designate a representative to act for the City and in the City's behalf in
Small Claims Court;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Redlands as
follows:
Section 1. Robert Meteau, Jr., Director, HR/Risk Management, Tommi Ng, Assistant
Director, HR/Risk Management; Beatris Ordaz, HR Manager; Sarah Redinger, Human
Resource Analyst; Danielle Garcia, Director, Management Services; James Garland, Assistant
Director, Finance; and Aimee Hoover, Revenue Supervisor; are hereby designated and
authorized to represent and appear on behalf of the City of Redlands in the lawful process of
any and all small claims actions filed for, or against, the City of Redlands in Small Claims
Court. Such persons are not employed solely for the purpose of representing the City.
Section 2. Resolution No. 8405 of the City Council of the City of Redlands is hereby
rescinded.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 2nd day of April, 2024.
