FIRST AMENDMENT
TO AGREEMENT TO PERFORM NON-PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
This first amendment ("First Amendment") to the agreement for On Call Plumbing
Services ("Agreement"), dated April 18, 2023, by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal
corporation and a general law city ("City"), and Pro -Craft Construction, Inc., a California
corporation ("Contractor"), is made and entered into this 2nd day of April, 2024.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Contractor to amend their existing Agreement,
specifically the payments to contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration in the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged City and Contractor agree as follows:
AGREEMENT
Section 1. Article 5 of the Agreement, entitled "Payments to Contractor," is hereby
amended to read as follows:
Compensation: The compensation for Contractor's performance of the Services shall not
exceed the amount of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) for the Services provided during the
Initial Term. Should this Agreement be renewed, the compensation for Contractor's performance
for the Services shall not exceed the amount of Eighty Thousand Dollars ($80,000.00) for the first
Extended Term; and Eighty Thousand Dollars ($80,000.00) for the second Extended Term,
bringing the total possible amount of compensation to a not -to -exceed amount of Two Hundred
Ten Thousand Dollars ($210,000.00). For the initial Term and each Extended Term, City shall
pay Contractor on rates specified in Exhibit "C" title "Price and Fee Bid," which is attached hereto
and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this First
Amendment and in effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this First Amendment, to be effective
as of April 2, 2024.
