SERVICES FOR IMPROVEMENT T() PUBLIC BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS
This first amendment ("First Amendment") to the agreement for the provision of
Installation of Fire Station overhead rollup door ("Agreement"). dated January 16, 2024 by and
between the City of Redlands. a municipal corporation and a general law city ("City"), and J.T.
Lewis, Inc, dba National Garage Door ("Contractor"). is made and entered into this I6'h day of •
April, 2024.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Contractor to amend their existing Agreement,
specifically to amend the Scope of Services change the bay doorsmanufaeturer and specifications,
and consyuently amend the Price Sheet to reflect the type of hay doors that will be installed at Fire
Station 261, 262, and 263.
NOW, TI IEREFORE. for good and valuable consideration in the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged City and Consultant agree as follows:
AGREEMENT
Section 1. Exhibit "A" of the Agreement, entitled "Scope of Services," is hereby amended
and attached hereto and incorporated heroin by reference.
Section 2. Exhibit "C" of the Agreement, entitled "Price Sheet," is hereby' amended and
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section_3., All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this First
Amendment and in effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF. the parties have executed this First Amendment. to be effective
as of April I6, 2024.
