RESOLUTION NO. 7078
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ORDERING THE CONTINUED OPERATION OF PARKING AND BUSINESS
IMPROVEMENT AREA B AND CONFIRMING THE ANNUAL REPORT
AND ASSESSMENT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2011-2012.
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Redlands("this City on September
6, 2011, adopted Resolution No. 7076 to order therein described work in nnection with the
continuation of assessment procedures in Parking and Business Improvem Area B ("PBIA")
and which was legally published in the time, form and manner as required y law, shown by the
Affidavit of Publication of said Resolution of Intention on file in the offi of the City Clerk; and
WHEREAS, this City Council having duly received and cons' evidence, oral and
written, concerning the facts in this proceeding and the necessity for he contemplated work and
the benefits to be derived therefrom;and
WHEREAS,this City Council has determined that a mljprotest does not exist;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY T CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF REDLANDS AS FOLLOWS:
Section I Continued The publi interest and convenience requires the

continuation of assessment procedures for the PBIA, a d this City Council hereby orders that the
improvements, activities and assessment, as set fort and described in Resolution No. 7078, be
done and made.
Section 2. Annual Re it. The docwfent entitled"Annual Report Redlands Parking
and Business Improvement Area B, Fiscal Ye#2011-20I2" is hereby confirmed as the Annual
Report for the PBIA.
Section 3. Le M of A-,jLw��s"sme The assessments for fiscal year 2011-2012 and
method of assessment in the Annual Revoit are approved and levied.
