Re: 30-Day Notice to Extend Agreement Term
Dear Mr. Chudasama,
The City of Redlands formally requests that the Agreement to provide services associated with
mailing and presort services between the City of Redlands and Inland Presort and Mailing
Services, that was entered into on July 5, 2022, be extended for an additional one-year term
pursuant to Section 4.1 of the agreement, from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025, under the same terms
and conditions as previously agreed to. To confirm acceptance of this request, please sign and date
