A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ESTABLISHING A REFUSE CONTAINER FEE
WHEREAS, Ordinance No . 1972 of the City of Redlands
provides for the collection of a Refuse Container Fee, in an
amount to be established by this City Council, to fund the
cost of acquiring specially designed refuse containers to be
used by residents who receive automated residential refuse
collection from the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Redlands that the amount of the Refuse Container
Fee shall be $70 .00 per container.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions of this
resolution shall take effect on the effective date of
Ordinance No. 1972.
