Box 2090 Redlands, CA 92373 RESOLUTION NO. 4301 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DETERMINING THAT A PUBLIC NUISANCE EXISTS AT 26 KENDALL AND ORDERING THE ABATEMENT THEREOF WHEREAS, Article 451 of the Redlands Municipal Code provides the procedures whereby the City Council may conduct a hearing on abatement of an alleged public nuisance; and H,EREAS, the City Manager has caked notice of this hearing to be served upon the affected property owner(s) . WHEREAS, a hearing has been conducted in accordance with Section 54107 of the Redlands Municipal Code. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: 1. Robert Hards keeps, maintains and permits animals on the property located at 26 Kendall. 2 . Robert Hards shall, at his own risk, abate the nuisance by removing the offending animals (s) from the premises within 15 days from the date of this resolution. 3 . If the above described nuisance has not been abated within the time set forth above, (a) the City Manager may cause the nuisance upon the premises to be abated and cause the costs therefor to be assessed against the premises as provided in Article 541; or (b) criminal prosecution for failure to comply with this order may be instituted. 4 . The City Manager shall cause copies of this resolution to be posted upon the premises involved and served in the manner and upon the persons prescribed in Section 54106. 5. The City Clerk shall, immediately after passage of this resolution and order, cause a certified copy thereof to be recorded in the Office of the Recorder, San Bernardino County, State of California. 6. Upon completion of abatement, the City Manager shall cause a notice of completion to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder, San Bernardino County, State of California. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: Based on the evidence taken at the hearing, the City Council hereby finds that the keeping, maintaining, or permitting of animals which, by sound or cry, disturb the peace and comfort of the neighborhood surrounding the property located at 26 Kendall which is owned or occupied by Robert Hards constitutes a public nuisance. ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this day of September, 1987. Box 2090 Redlands, CA 92373 RESOLUTION NO. 4302 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DETERMINING THAT A PUBLIC NUISANCE EXISTS AT 411 RUBY AND ORDERING THE ABATEMENT THEREOF WHEREAS, Article 451 of the Redlands Municipal Code provides the procedures whereby the City Council may conduct a hearing on abatement of an alleged public nuisance; and WHEREAS, the City Manager has caused notice of this hearing to be served upon the affected property owner(s) . WHEREAS, a hearing has been conducted in accordance with Section 54107 of the Redlands Municipal Code. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: 1. Victor Hugo Contreras keeps, maintains and permits animals on the property located at 411 Ruby. 2 . Victor Hugo Contreras shall, at his own risk, abate the nuisance from the premises within 15 days from the date of this resolution. 3.
