A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ADOPTING A RATE INCREASE FOR SOLID WASTE COLLECTION
WHEREAS, the City of Redlands is desirous of continuing to
provide a high level of service for solid waste collection for its
citizens; and
WHEREAS, the City of Redlands is desirous of maintaining its
streets in a litter free manner; and
WHEREAS, the City Council recognizes that through continued
effort and input by the citizens of Redlands we can continue to
improve the quality of our environment; and
WHEREAS, the City Council recognizes its fiscal
responsibilities for the proper management of its many services to
its citizens.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does
hereby adopt the Suggested Recovery Schedule of Rates Over Three
Years as described within Schedule 11. 0 (Supplemental) dated February
2 , 1989, and attached hereto.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 21st day of February, 1989.
