S it is the considered opinion of, this body that the civil defense effort as a whole in Region 0 might suffer sevarely by the removal of the Region 8 office, and assignment of this city to a more rarate regional office, sLich would have an adued burden with a reduced staff: Therefore be it JESOUST further, That the QJy of Redlands makes the strongnst of recommendations to thE, State of California that the 8th Region be retained in operation for the say etY Mpelf are of Region 8 and the coastal area it sapporta.
