This second amendment ("Second Amendment") to the agreement for the provision of
professional environmental consulting services ("Agreement"), dated October 12, 2022, by and
between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation and a general law city ("City"), and MIG
Inc. a California corporation, ("Consultant"), is made and entered into this l st day of January 2024.
City and Consultant are sometimes individually referred to herein as "Party", and collectively as
the "Parties".
RECITALS
WHEREAS, the Parties entered into a Professional Services Agreement ("Agreement") on
October 12, 2022, to provide professional environmental consulting services to the City;
WHEREAS, the Parties entered into a First Amendment to the Agreement ("First
Amendment") on July 1, 2023; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Consultant to amend their existing Agreement,
specifically to extend the time for completion of the services to June 30, 2024.
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration in the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged City and Consultant agree as follows:
AGREEMENT
Section 1. Section 4.1 of the Agreement, entitled "Performance of Services," is hereby
amended to read as follows:
4.1 Consultant shall perform and complete the Services on the Effective Date of this
Agreement and complete the Services by June 30, 2024, unless the Services are terminated earlier
as provided for herein."
Section 2. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this Second
Amendment and in effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Second Amendment, to be
effective as of January 1, 2024.
