A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RED ,ANDS 2UMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 3514
ESTABLISHING A SALARY SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION PLAN FOR CITY
EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, the City Council is authorized and directed under
Ordinance No. 1.089 to prepare, install , revise and maintain a
position classification plan and compensation plan covering all
positions in the competitive service:
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
That the City Council of the City of Redlands does hereby
amend Resolution No. 3514 as follows :
Full-Time
Department Positions Range
City Clerk
City Clerk 1 Flat Rate
Deputy City Clerk 1 31
Junior Deputy City Clerk l 28
