DESCRIPTION OF CHANGES MADE
The corrections to be made appear on sheet 3 of 4 sheets and should be modified as follows:
Orange Avenue
1. Centerline intersection Iowa Street and Orange Avenue, per C.R. 259/087 found 1" I.P. destroyed during
construction, set spike and washer stamped LS 5173 flush.
2. Centerline intersection Orange Avenue and Lupine Street, per C.R. 332/059 found spike and washer
destroyed during construction, set spike and washer stamped LS 5173 flush.
3. N.E corner of the West 1/2 of Block 15 Barton Ranch on centerline of Orange Avenue, found spike
and washer per C.R. 332/059 destroyed during construction, set spike and washer stamped LS
5173 flush.
4. Centerline intersection Orange Avenue and Alabama Street, set 2 L&T stamped LS 5173 in
concrete N.E. and S.E. at 1.00 foot swing ties to centerline intersection.
Northerly Property Line
1. Northwest Property Corner, set spike and washer stamped LS 5173 flush at property line
prolongation to centerline of Iowa Street in lieu of 1" I.P. per Tract Map No. 20244.
2. Angle point in northerly property line, (Northeast corner of N1/2, W1/2, S1/2, S1/2, BLOCK 14) set
L&T stamped LS 5173 flush in lip of concrete "V" ditch.
3. Angle point in northerly property line, set 1" I.P. w/tag stamped LS 5173 down 0.5' at top of slope on
north south property line at 15.00 foot offset south from property corner.
4. Northeast Property Corner, set spike and washer stamped LS 5173 flush on northeasterly property
line prolongation at centerline of Alabama Street in lieu of 1" I.P. per Tract Map No. 20244.
Southeasterly Corners of Lot 1
1. Set L&T stamped LS 5173 flush in sidewalk in lieu of 1" I. P's per Tract Map No. 20244.
Northeasterly corners of Lot 2
1. Southerly corner, set L&T stamped LS 5173 flush in sidewalk in lieu of 1" I.P. per Tract Map No.
20244.
2. Northerly corner, set 1" I.P. with plastic plug stamped LS 5173 flush per Tract Map No. 20244.
Easterly Corners of Lot 2
1. Easterly corner of Lot 2 at angle point, set L&T stamped LS 5173 flush in concrete footing in lieu of
1" I.P. per Tract Map No. 20244.
2. Easterly corner of Lot 2 along Alabama Street, set 1" I.P. with plastic plug stamped LS 5173 flush
per Tract Map No. 20244.
