A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS GRANTING
TO A & B TOWING, INC . , dba SERVCO FLEET TOWING, A FRANCHISE
TRANSFER TO OPERATE AUTHORIZED TOW TRUCKS OVER, ALONG AND UPON
THE STREETS OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AND TO OPERATE AN AUTHORIZED
STORAGE GARAGE FOR IMPOUNDED OR STORED VEHICLES IN THE CITY OF
REDLANDS .
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does resolve as
follows :
SECTION ONE: Under the provisions of Chapter 5 . 80 of
the Redlands Municipal Code, the City Council hereby grants to :
A & B TOWING, INC .
dba SERVCO FLEET TOWING
945 WEST BROCKTON AVENUE
REDLANDS, CALIFORNIA
a franchise transfer to operate authorized tow trucks over,
along and upon the streets of the City of Redlands and to operate
an authorized storage garage located at 945 West Brockton Avenue,
Redlands, CA. , for impounded or stored vehicles in the City of
Redlands .
SECTION TWO: The term of this franchise transfer shall
be for a period of ten (10) years commencing on May 7, 1995 and
terminating on May 7, 2005, unless sooner terminated, and shall
be subject to the right of the City to terminate or alter or
amend such franchise at any time as provided under provisions
of Chapter 5 . 80 of the Redlands Municipal Code.
SECTION THREE: The rules and regulations prescribed in
Chapter 5 . 80 of the Redlands Municipal Code shall govern the
operation of this franchise.
SECTION FOUR: The granting of this franchise transfer is
conditional upon Mr . Paul Beagle, owner/operator of A & B Towing,
Inc . dba Servco Fleet Towing, filing within ten (10) days , with
the City Clerk of the City of Redlands, a written acceptance
thereof, and an agreement to comply with the terms and conditions
of Chapter 5 . 80 of the Redlands Municipal Code .

Dear Chief Nelson:
This is a formal request to continue the City Franchise for
A & B Towing, Inc. The current Franchise will be expiring on
May 7, 1995.
Please be advised that A & B Towing, Inc. , has the stated
variety of towing equipment. And will follow and uphold the
terms and conditions stated in Chapter 5.80 of the Redlands
Municipal Code.
