A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ESTABLISHING WATER CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT CHARGES OF THE
WATER SECTION OF THE UTILITIES DIVISION OF THE PUBLIC WORKS
DEPARTMENT,
The City Council of the City of Redlands does hereby resolve, determine
and order as follows :
That effective August 1, 1977, the following schedule of fees charged
shall be in force and effect and shall be required in order to obtain
City of Redlands water service for residential development :
Section 1 , Single Family Dwelling Development
a. Within City - $800.00 per lot
b. outside of City - $ 1200.00 per lot
Section Il . Multiple Residential Development
a. Within City $400. 00 per dwelling unit
b. Outside of City $600. 00 per dwelling unit
The above charges shall not apply to single family dwelling develop-
ment when city water service is requested to one (1) single family
dwelling on a single lot of record within the City of. Redland.s .that i's
not to be subdivided or split into more than one (1) lot.
All revenue to the City of Redlands resulting from this Resolution
shall be deposited into the "Water Capital Improvement Fund" of the
Water Section of the Utilities Division.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 5th day of July 1977 .
