This first amendment ("First Amendment") to the agreement for the provision of
professional environmental consulting services ("Agreement"), dated January 23, 2023, by and
between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation and a general law city ("City"), and Moore
Iacofano Goltsman, Incorporated, a California corporation ("Consultant"), is made and entered
into this 31st day of May, 2024. City and Consultant are sometimes individually referred to herein
as "Party", and collectively as the "Parties".
RECITALS
WHEREAS, the Parties entered into a Professional Services Agreement ("Agreement") on
January 23, 2023, to provide professional environmental consulting services to the City;
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Consultant to amend their existing Agreement,
specifically to extend the time for completion of the services to December 31, 2024.
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration in the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged City and Consultant agree as follows:
AGREEMENT
Section 1. Section 4.1 of the Agreement, entitled "Performance of Services," is hereby
amended to read as follows:
4.1 Consultant shall perform and complete the Services on the Effective Date of this
Agreement and complete the Services by December 31, 2024, unless the Services are terminated
earlier as provide for herein."
Section 2. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this First
Amendment and in effect.
Section 3. This Amendment may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be
deemed an original, but all of which, together, shall constitute one and the same instrument.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this First Amendment, to be effective
as of January 1, 2024.
