RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY" OF REDLANDS
GRANTING TO J. SAM HERD, DBA GOOD SAMARITAN AMBULANCE COMPANY OF
41175 WEST RAMSEY S'T'REET, BANNING, CALIFORNIA, A FRANCHISE TO
OPERATE AUTHORIZED EMERGENCY AMBULANCE VEHICLES OVER, ALONG, AND
UPON THE STREETS OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES RESOLUTE
AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION ONE: Under the provisions of Section Two,
Ordinance No. 1418, of the City of Redlands, the City Council
hereby grants to:
J. Sam Herd, President, General Manager
Good Samaritan Ambulance Company
41175 West Ramsey Street
Banning, California 92220
a franchise to operate authorized emergency ambulance vehicles
over, along, and upon the streets of the City of Redlands, California.
SECTION TWO : The term of this franchise shall be for a
period of five (5) years, commencing February 1, 1977 and terminating
on February 1, 1382.
SECTION THREE: The rules and regulations prescribed in
Ordinance No. 1418 shall govern the operation of the franchise.
SECTION FOUR: The granting of this franchise is condi-
tional upon. Good Samaritan Ambulance Company filing within ten (10)
days, with the City Clerk, City of Redlands, a written acceptance
thereof, and an agreement to comply with the terms and conditions
of Ordinace No. 1418.
