A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF REDLANDS ESTABLISHING THE REQUIREMENT FOR
TENANT/OWNER AGREEMENTS FOR UTILITY SERVICES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Redlands as follows :
Section 1 . From and after the date of this resolution,
each tenant making an application for water or sewer service from
the City of Redlands shall , as a condition of receiving such
service, provide the City' s Utility Department with a completed
Service Application and "Owner-Tenant Agreement, " executed by both
the tenant and the owner of the property to which service will be
provided, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit "A. "

Council at a regular meeting thereof held on the 20th day of June,

OWNER-TENANT AGREEMENT
The undersigned Owner and Tenant agree that bills for service
to the property shall be sent to the Tenant at the address set
forth below. Tenant agrees to promptly pay all bills for service
rendered by the City of Redlands , and further agrees that the
deposit filed herewith may be applied to delinquencies . Owner
understands that he/she remains ultimately responsible to the City
of Redlands for unpaid bills for service to the property, as set
forth on the reverse side.

Owner agrees as a condition of service to comply with the City' s
rules and regulations , ordinances , resolutions , orders and
applicable provisions of law as they now exist or may hereafter be
amended. Delinquent charges will be collected with the taxes as
permitted by law, and may become a lien upon the property.
Changes in address , ownership or sewer service units must be
reported immediately to City' s office.
