A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF REDLANDS 1.UTHORIZING THE FILING FOR STATE
OF CALIFORNIA PAYMENT UNDER THE OPEN SPACE
SUBVENTION ACT
WHEREAS , Section 14111 (b) of the Administrative
Code of the State of California provides that payments
may be made under the Open Space Subvention Act, and
WHEREAS , there exists within the limits of the City
of Redlands land which qualifies for said payments ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council
of the City of Redlands authorizes the filing on behalf
of the City of Redlands , an application for said State
payment under the Open Space Subvention Act,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Redlands authorizes R. P. Merritt, Jr. , City
Manager, to sign such application for the city.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 24th day of October,
1972 .
