A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF REDLANDS AUTHORIZING THE FILING FOR STATE
OF CALIFORNIA PAYMENT UNDER THE OPEN SPACE
SUBVENTION ACT
WHEREAS, Section 14111 (b) of the Administrative
Code of the State of California provides that payments
may be made under the Open Space Subvention Act, and
WHEREAS, there exists within the limits of the City
of Redlands land which qualifies for said payments,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council
of the City of Redlands authorizes the filing on behalf
of the City of Redlands, an application for said State
payment under the Open Space Subvention Act,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Redlands authorizes the City Manager to sign such
application for the city.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 19th day of October,
1976 .
