This inspection will provide general recycle water (RW) inspection services for existing irrigation systems as part of the annual inspection and coverage test requirements. The inspection services will be performed in general compliance with City and State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) requirements. 7 I:\cmo\Agreements\West_Yost_&_Associates_Agreement-FY23-0121.doc-JM The inspections will include, at a minimum, a visual examination of all backflow prevention assemblies, exposed piping, valves, pressure reducing valves, sprinklers, controllers, signs, labels, tags, and all points of connection. The Inspector will observe the irrigation system to assess any modifications (e.g., new mainline/valves). If changes are detected, they will be documented in the Inspection Report. If significant system alterations are noted, requiring construction changes, proper processes will be followed for re -review and re -approval by all regulatory entities. As part of this task, the Inspector will conduct a coverage test to ensure the proper operation of the irrigation system(s).
