RESOLUTION NO, 2712 7
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF REDLANDS, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE PARKING
AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS, CALIFORNIA,
PROVIDING FOR AN ADVANCE OF FUNDS
The City Council of the City of Redlands, California,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE as follows:
Section 1 . Those certain agreements designated Agree-
ment A and Agreement B, respectively, by and between the City
of Redlands and the Parking Authority of the City of Redlands
covering the advance of certain funds by the City to the
Parking Authority for the purpose of acquiring certain real
property, are approved as presented and the Mayor is author-
ized to execute and the Clerk to attest the same on behalf
of the City.
Section 2. The Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the same
shall be in full force and effect .
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 30th day of October,
1965.
