RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDIWNDS ESTALLISHING THE MPAUKLNG DISTRICT FUND""
WHERCRAS$ the Board of Parking Place Connmiszioterr has designated a now
fund, to be er-11ed the "Farking District Fund" in --hich all revenues ffroal
feea, chargas, or rentz forthc� use of any park*ng place of the distriat
shall be placed by the City Treasurer for use in the acquiaition,
maintenance, repair and operation of parking places for the u-se and benefit
of the district in accordanee with the Vehivale a:king Diatrict Law of 19430
as previded by Section 31827 of the Sheet Q and flighways Code;
NO'ffo TIMMUEFGHL, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ME, CITY OF MEDLANDS.
I. That a fund deeignated the "Parking District Fund" shall be estab-
lighed as recommended by the Board of Parking Flaw Commissioners in accord-
ance with the Vehicle Parking District Law of 1943.
