WH2REAS, the City of �edlands had a parking problem within its
business distrlolt due to increased traffic , and whereas after a full
and complete study of the problem, the City 0ouncil duly adopted an
ordinance No . 9323 entitled "An Urdinance of the City of ��ediands,
California, kroviding for the Establishment of Parking 1�Ieter Zones
and the Regulating, Controlling and Providing for the Inspection of
the Time �'arking of Vehicles Therein by the Use of -Barking 'bieters:
Prescriging Limits of Time for Parking in Parking h'deter Zones:
And -Providing for Lhe Enforcement of the Ordinance and Punishment
for its Violation. "
NO'd PT-T-fEi?EFORE� Pursuant to said Ordinance , the City Council of
the City of Redlands, does hereby resolve, determine and order that
parking meters be installed upon the following streets:
