A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO, 3339 RELATING TO PARKING
REGULATIONS ALONG FIFTH STREET
Section One. Pursuant to Title 10 of the Redlands Municipal Code, the City Council
hereby finds and determines as follows:
A. Section One of Resolution No. 3339 relating to parking requirements along
Fifth Street between Redlands Boulevard and Citrus Avenue is hereby amended, only so long as
the Resolution No. 5866 is in effect as follows:
1. City staff shall post signs in accordance with the California Vehicle Code
which establishes one 30-minute, time-restricted parking stall in the downtown business district
along Fifth Street between Redlands Boulevard and Citrus Avenue, for six months from the date
of April 16, 2041 through October 16, 2001.
2. Upon the conclusion of this six-month period, this Resolution No. 5866
shall immediately terminate, without any further action by this City Council, and the City
Engineer shall immediately reestablish the two-hour parking time limit established by Resolution
No. 3339 which shall be in force and effect upon the placement of appropriate signage in
accordance with the California Vehicle Code,
ADOPTED, SIGNED, AND APPROVED this 3 d day of April 2001.
