A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 3339 RELATING TO PARKING
REGULATIONS ALONG STATE STREET
Section One. Pursuant to Title 10 of the Redlands Municipal Code,the City Council hereby
finds and determines as follows:
A. Section One of Resolution No. 3339 relating to parking requirements along State Street
between Orange and Ninth Streets is hereby amended, only so long as this Resolution No. 5771 is
in effect, as follows:
I. City staff shall post signs in accordance with the California Vehicle Code which
establish seven, 30-minute, time-restricted parking stalls in the downtown business district along
State Street between Orange and Ninth Streets, for six months from the date of April 16, 2001
through October 16, 2001.
2. Upon the conclusion of this six-month period, this Resolution No. 5779 shall
immediately terminate,without any further action by this City Council, and the City Engineer shall
immediately reestablish the two hour parking time Iimit established by Resolution No. 3339 which
shall be in force and effect upon the placement of appropriate signage in accordance with the
California Vehicle Code..
