inviting sealed proposals ar, bids for doing said work,and reAkNIVAw, to s t,
She speoifioations pasted or on file for two days,in the manner requir--
ed by law,in The 0itrograph,a weekly newspaper of general circulation
and published and circulated in said citythereby designated for that
purpose. Said notice ,shall require a certified check or band, `Y
