A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING RULE X, SECTION I
OF RESOLUTION NO. 2032-PERSONNEL RtMES AND REGIMATIONS.
WHEREAS, the City Council is authorized and directed under
the provisions of Ordinance No. 1089 to adopt rules and regulations
for the administration of the personnel system,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED:
THAT the City Council of the City of Redlands does hereby
amend Rule X, Section I of Resolution No. 2032-Personnel Rules and
Regulations.
THAT under Rule X, Section I, entitled "Annual Vacation Leave" ,
vacation earned will be calculated as follows:
40 hour week=10 working days per year-=83 .34% of a day per month
67 .2 hour week=11 .2 working days per year=93 .33% of a day per month
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 2nd day of January, 1963 .
