A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANnS nnENDING RULE X, SECTION I
OF RESOLUTION NO, 2032 - PERSONNEL RULES AND REGULATIONS .
WHEREAS, the City Council is authorized and directed under
the provisions of Ordinance No. 1089 to adopt rules and regulations
for the administration of the personnel system;
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED:
THAT the City Council of the City of Redlands does hereby
amend Rule X, Section I of Resolution No. 2032 - Personnel Rules
and Regulations .
THAT under Rule X, Section 1, entitled "Annual Vacation
Leave, " vacation earned will be calculated as follows
40 hour week=10 working days per year=83 .34% of a day per month
67.2 hour week=11 .2 working days per year-93 .33% of a day per month
Prior to its adoption this amendment shall be publicly posted
for at least five consecutive days, giving notice of the time,
place, and date of the hearing before the Council March 5, 1963 .
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 5th day of March, 1963 .
