A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ADOPTING
RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF A PERSONNEL SYSTEM
FOR THE CITY OF REDLANDS AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NOS. 5005 AND 5402
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Redlands deems it necessary to adopt rules and
regulations for the administration of a personnel system in order to facilitate efficient and
economical services to the public and to provide for a fair and equitable system of personnel
management in the municipal government;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands as
follows:
Section 1. The attached Personnel Rules and Regulations, effective July 5, 2006, are
hereby adopted.
Section 2. Resolution Nos. 5005 and 5402 of the City Council of the City of Redlands
are hereby rescinded.
The Mayor shall sign this Resolution and the City Clerk shall attest and certify to the
passage and adoption thereof.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 5th day of July, 2006.
