RESOLUTION ACCEPTING 1IGENSE TO CO&TRUCT A PIPE LINE FROM THE ATCHISONt
TOPEKA AND SANTA PE RAILWAY COMPANY TO THE CITY OF REDLANDS, CALIFORNIA.
RESOLVED that the City Ccuncil of the City of wed lands, C91ifornia
hereby accepts license from the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway tram,
parry to construct a pipe line eight (8) inches in diameter across or along
the right of way of the Atchisont Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company at
or near the station of Redlands , SanBernardino Covnty, the exact location
of the Pipe Line being more Particularly shown by red coloring uponDivision
Engineer's Drawing No. L-3-22982.
BE AND THE 8AME 1S HEREBY ACCEPTEDv AND
BE !T FURTHER RE6OLVE-D AND ORDEREj that the Mayor or the City
Manager of the City of Redlands is hereby authorized, erpow;red and directed
to accept said license on behalf of the said City of Redlands.
