"Local agency , desires to apply to the Director of Finance and V the:

pleted plans hereinafter mentioned and there has been prepared mad
pr s nted to this Legislative Body for consideration an application
for such purpose: and

aforesald applIcation to the Director of Finance and/or the Post War
Public Works R oard, as the casemay beo requesting allotment of

and is hereby authorized and directed to sign the above-mentioned appli-
cation
