RESOLUTION CONCERNING UTILITIES AGREEMENT NO. 10251-B WITH THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, the City Couneil, of the City of Itedlands has examined
Utilities Agreement No, 10251-E1 between the City and the Department of
Public Works, Division of Highways, of the State of Cp1ifox'nia;
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED:
That the City Council of the City of Redlands approves said
Utilities Amement No. 10251.B;
That the Mayor of the City of Redlands is authorized to sign
and execute said agreement and the City Clerk shall attest it.
