A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
SUPPORTING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE PRADO REGIONAL PARK
WHEREAS, an application for a $1, 958,400 grant has been sub-
mitted to develop the Prado Regional Park; and
WHEREAS, there is a tremendous and increasing need for park
facilities in this area; and
WHEREAS, this site is well suited for park development;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Redlands does hereby urge the State Water Commission to
take favorable action on the requested grant and expedite the
development of this needed facility.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 3rd day of October, 1972.
