A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ADOPTING PRECISE (SPECIFIC) STREET PLAN NO. 20
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Redlands has
prepared an amendment to the Precise Street Plan and adopted such
amendment in Resolution No. 472 after holding a public hearing upon
such notice in accordance with the Government Code of the State of
California; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 472, a copy of which is attached hereto,
has been certified to the City Council of the City of Redlands; and
WHEREAS, on the 25th day of March, 1978, notice of Public
Hearing was published in the Redlands Daily Facts ; and
WHEREAS, on this 4th day of April, 1978, the City Council has
held a duly advertised public hearing concerned with the proposed
amendment to said Precise Street Plan; and
WHEREAS, all of the provisions of the Government Code relating
to the amendment of a precise plan have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Redlands :
That amendment to the Precise Street Plan adopted by the
Planning Commission in Resolution No. 472 shall be adopted
as follows :
PRECISE (SPECIFIC) STREET PLAN NO. 20
To establish a specific street plan for properties
located adjacent to and south of the bluff of the
Santa Ana River between Church and Judson Streets .
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 4th day of April, 1978.

Vj if 13 R E A S an this 28th day of February, 1978 , the Planning Commission
of the city of Redlands finds :
A. It is deemed advisable and in the Merest of public
health, safety, and general welfare to adopt a specific,
street plan to assure future access , circulation ,
drainage, and ordurly lot development in accordance
with the General Plan for properties located adjacent
to and south of the bluff of the Santa Ana River Le-
twecn Church Street and Judson Strect.
B. That all provisions of the California Gavornment Code
relating to specific street plans have been complied
with , including publication of notice an the 17th day -
of February 1978 , and the holding of a public hearing
on the 28th day of rebruary 1973 .

A. That pursuant to the provisions of Sections 65500
to 65502 inclusive of the California Govornment CoGe ,
the Planning Commission hereby adopts on this 28th
day of February 1978, Precise (Specific) Street Plan
No. 20 as shown on map attached hereto and made a
part thereof.
B. That the Planning Commission hereby recommenis to
the City Council of the city of Redlanas that ,
following the requirnA public hearing , the Council.
approve and adopt Precise (Specific) Street Plan
No. 20 .
C. That a certified copy of this resolution ane. related
Material hereby a6opLed by said comnission shall be
transmitted to the City Council .
