A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ADOPTING PRECISE (SPECIFIC) STREET PLAN NO. 21
WHERE-AS , the Planning Commission of the City of Redlands has
prepared an amendment to the Precise Street Plan and adopted such
amendment in Resolution No. 497 after holding a public hearing upon
such notice in accordance with the Government Code of the State of
California; and
WHEREAS , Resolution No. 497 , a copy of which is attached here-
to, has been certified to the City Council of the City of Redlands;
and
WHEREAS, on the 21st day of April, 1979, a notice of Public
Hearing was published in the Redlands Daily Facts; and
WHEREAS, on this lst day of may, 1979, the City Council has
held a duly advertised public hearing concerned with the proposed
amendment to said Precise Street Plan; and
WHEREAS, all of the provisions of the Government Code relating
to the amendment of a precise street plan have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Redlands :
That amendment to the Precise Street Plan adopted by the
Planning Commission in Resolution No. 497 shall be adopted
as follows :
PRECISE (SPECIFIC) STREET PLAN NO. 21
To establish a specific street plan to assure
an appropriate future alignment of Fern Avenue
and provide for a 90* intersection at Fern
Avenue and San Timoteo Canyon Road.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this lst day of May, 1979.

of the City of Redlands finds
Ad it is deemed advisable and in the interest of the
public health, safety, and general welfare to adopt
a specific street plan to assure ars appropriate
future alignment of Ferry Avenue: and provide for a
900 intersection at Fern Avenue and San Timotev
Canyon oto ad.
B. That all provisions of the California Government
Cade relating to the adoption of a specific plan
have been complied with, including publication of
notice on the 29th day of December, 1973 and the
.-holding of a publ.i-; hearing on the 9th day of Jan-
aary, 1979 and a continued public: hearing on the
10th day of April, 3.979:

A. That pursuant to the provisions of Section 655€ 9 to
65502 inclusive of the California Co:rerrment Code,
the Planning Couiraission hereby adopts on. this 10th
day of ?ipril., 1979 Precise (Specific) Street Flan
No. 21 as shown on neap attached hereto and made a
part thereof.
B. That the Pl.anaing Cor=ission hereby recownten':s to the
City Council of the City of Redlands that, following
the recTaired public hearing, the Council approve and. .
adopt Precise (Specific) Straet Plan No. 21.
C. That a. certified copy of this resolution and related
material hereby adopted by said. Co=m ssion shall be
transmitted to the City Coancil.
