A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLAND
ADOPTING PRECISE (SPECIFIC) STREET PLAN NO. 2
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Redlands has
prepared an amendment to the Precise Street Plan and adopted such
amendment in Resolution No. 495 after holding a public hearing upon
such notice in accordance with the Government Code of the State of
California; and
WHEREAS , Resolution No. 495 , a copy of which is attached here-
to, has been certified to the City Council of the City of Redlands;
and
WHEREAS, can the 7th day of April, 1979, a notice of Public
Hearing was published in the Redlands Daily Facts ; and
WHEREAS, on this 17th day of April, 1979, the City Council has
held a duly advertised public hearing concerned with the proposed
amendment to said Precise Street Plan; and
WHEREAS, all of the provisions of the Government Code relating
to the amendment of a precise street, plan have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Redlands :
That amendment to the Precise Street Plan adopted by the
Planning Commission in Resolution. No. 495 shall be adopted
as follows:
PRECISE (SPECIFIC) STREET PLAN NO. 22
To establish a specific street plan to assure
an appropriate future alignment of Garden
Street into Mariposa Drive.
ADOPTED, SIGNED, AND APPROVED this -17th day of April, 1979 .

RESOLUTION FOR ADOPTION OF PRECISE (SPECIFIC) STREET
PLAN 11.40. 22
1"; 11 E R E A S on this 27th day of March, 1.979, the Planning Commission
of the City of Redlands finds;
A. It is deemed advisable and in the interest of the
public health, safety, and general welfare to adopt
a specific street plan to assure an appropriate
future alignment of Garden Street into Mariposa
Drive.
B. That all provisions of the California Government
Code relating to the adoption of a specific plan
have been complied with, including publication o--5: -
notice on the 16th day of February, 1979, and the
holding of a public hearing on the 27th day of
February, 1979, and continued to the 27th day of
March, 1979.
N 0 31, T H E R E F 0 R E, B E I T R E S 0 L V E D:
A. That pursuant to the provisions 01E Section 65500
to 65502 inclusive of the California Government Code,
the Planning Commission hereby adopts on this 27th
day of March, 1979, Precise (Specific) Street Plan
Na. 22 as shown on map attached hereto and made a
part thereof.
B. That the Planning Commission hereby recommends to
the City Council of the City of Redlands that,
following the required public hearing, the Council
approve and adopt Precise (Specific) Street Plan
No. 22.
C. That a certified copy of this resolution and related
material hereby adopted by said Commission shall be
transmitted to the City Council.
