A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
FOR ADOPTION OF AMENDMENT NO, 1 TO PRECISE STREET PLAN NO. 3
WHEREAS the Planning Commission of the City of Redlands has
prepared an amendment to the Precise Street Plan and adopted such
amendment in Resolution R.P.C. No , 236 after holding a public hearing
upon notice in accordance with the Government Code of the State of
California; and
WHEREAS Resolution No , 236, a copy of which is attached hereto,
has been certified to the City Council of the City of Redlands ; and
WHEREAS on the a-P L/ day of2Z�1_ , 1964, notice of Public
hearing was published in the Redl nds Daily Facts ; and
WHEREAS on this / day of , 1964, the City
Council has held a duly advertised public hearing concerned with the
proposed amendment to said Precise Street Plan No. 3 ; and
WHEREAS following said Public Hearing the City Council declares
that the proposed amendment is in the interest of the public health,
safety, and general welfare ; and
WHEREAS all of the provisions of the Government Code relating to
the amendment of a precise plan have been complied with
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Redlands :
That amendment to Precise Street Plan No, 3 adopted by the Planning
Commission in Resolution No . 236 shall be adopted as follows :
AMENDMENT TO PRECISE STREET PLAN NO. 3
1 . Delete portion of Carrie Lane required in Planning Commission
approval of Subdivision #7456.
2m Provide an alley parallel and north of Carrie Lane between
Hibiscus Avenue extended and La Verne Street to provide con-
tinuous alley system and public right of way for drainage
and public utility facilities .
