A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
REDLANDS ADOPTING PRECISE STREET PLAN NO. 16
WHEREAS the Planning Commission of the City of Red-
lands has prepared an amendment to the Precise Street Plan and
adopted such amendment in Resolution No . 224 after holding a
public hearing upon notice in accordance with the Government
Code of the State of California ; and
WHEREAS Resolution No. 260 , a copy of which is at-
tached hereto, has been certified to the City Council of the
City of Redlands ; and
WHEREAS on the 10th day of May, 1966 , notice of Public
Hearing was published in the Redlands Daily Facts ; and
WHEREAS on this 17th day of May, 1966 , the City Council
has held a duly advertised public hearing concerned with the pro-
posed amendment to said Precise Street Plan; and
WHEREAS all of the provisions of the Government Code
relating to the amendment of a precise plan have been complied
with;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Redlands ;
That amendment to the Precise Street Plan adopted by
the Planning Commission in Resolution No . 260 shall be adopted
as follows :
PRECISE STREET PLAN NO. 6'
This plan establishes a Precise Street Beautifi-
cation Plan for the area bounded by Third Street
on the west , Seventh Street on the east , Redlands
Boulevard on the north and Citrus Avenue on the
south.
