A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
AMENDING PRECISE STREET PLAN NO. 8 AND RESOLUTION NO. 2606
WHEREAS , the Planning Commission of the City of Redlands has pre-
pared an amendment to Precise Street Plan No. 8 and adopted such amend-
ment in R. P.C. Resolution No. 596 after holding a public hearing upon
notice in accordance with the Government Code of the State of California;
and
WHEREAS, R.P.C. Resolution No. 596 , a copy of which is attached here-
to , has been certified to the City Council of the City of Redlands ; and
WHEREAS , on the llth day of June , 1983, Notice of Public Hearing was
published in the Redlands Daily Facts ; and
WHEREAS , on this 21st day of June , 1983 , the City Council has held a
duly advertised public hearing concerned with the proposed amendment
to said Precise Street Plan; and
WHEREAS, this amendment will have no detrimental effect on the basic
principle of Precise Street Plan No. 8 ; and
WHEREAS , all of the provisions of the Government Code relating to
the amendment of a precise plan have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Redlands :
That Amendment No. 1 to Precise Street Plan No. 8 adopted by the
Planning Commission in R.P.C. Resolution No. 596 shall be adopted as
follows .
AMENDMENT NO, 1 TO PRECISE STREET PLAN NO. 8
1. Property described by July, 1982 , San Bernardino County
Assessor' s Records as Parcel Numbers 171-221-16 and
171-221-17, also identified as 615 and 621 Brookside
Avenue , shall have a front setback of seventeen feet
(17 ' ) based on approval of a variance.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 21st day of June, 1983 .

RESOLUTION FOR ADOPTION OF AMENDMENT NO. 1
TO PRECISE STREET PLAN NO. 8
W H E R E A S on the 24th day of May, 1983, the Planning Cort-
mission of the City of Redlands held a duly advertised
Public hearing, said notice Published on the 13th day
of May, 1933, in the Redlands Daily Facts, and finds:
1. That based on annroval of a variar%ce for a front
setback of 17' for propertu described by July,
1982 San Bernardino County Assessor's Records as
parcel numbers 171221-16 and 171-221-17 it is
necessary to amend Precise Street Plan No. 8.
Subject parcels are also identified as 615 and
621 Brookside Avenue.
2. That this amendment will have no detrimental
effect on the basic principle of Precise Street
Plan No. 8.
3. That subject amendment is not in conflict with
the-principles, objectives and 'standards of the
General Plan,
D10W, THEREFORE, BE IT R ES0LVED:
A. That pursuant to the provisions of Section 65500
and 65502, both inclusive, of the Government Code,
the Planning Commission hereby adopts on this
24th day of May, 1983 Amendment Vo. 1 to Precise
Street Plan No. 8.
B. That the Planning Commission hereby reco-iLmends to
the City Council of the City of Redlands that,
following the required public hearing, the Council
approve and adapt Amendment No. 1 to Precise Street
Plan No. 8.
C. That a certified copy of this resolution and re-
lated material hereby adopted by said Commission
shall be transmitted to the City Council.
