A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ASCERTAINING AND DETERMINING THE
GENERAL PREVAILING RATE OF WAGES ON PUBLIC WORKS IN THE CITY OF REDLANDS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF REDLANDS:
SECTION ONE: That under and pursuant to Section 1770 of the
Labor Code of the State of California, the City Council has, after due
inquiry, ascertained and determined the general prevailing rate of per
diem wages in the City of Redlands for each craft or type of workman or
mechanic needed to execute contracts for public works in said city, and
does hereby find, determine and declare that the following wages listed
in exhibit "A'" are the general prevailing rates of per chem wages in the
City of Redlands for each craft and type of workman and mechanic needed
to execute contracts for public improvement in the city, to wit :
A. EXHIBIT "A" , Southern California Master Labor Agreements .
SECTION TWO: The provisions of this Resolution shall apply only
to contracts awarded by the City of Redlands for the construction of
public works exclusive of maintenance work.
