A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
CONCERNING COSTS OF REMOVAL OF PRIVATE TREES AND PARTS
THEREOF FROM ALL PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAYS IN EMERGENCIES
WHEREAS, the City of Redlands does remove private trees and
parts thereof that must be cleared in an emergency from all public
right-of-ways;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. The property owner will pay costs for the removal of all
private trees and parts thereof that must be cleared in
an emergency from all public right-of-ways . This includes
all labor costs, equipment time, and supervision time.
2. That this resolution shall be in force and take effect on
July 1, 1978.
