RESOLUTION OF THE CTTY COUNCIL
DESIGNATING BEAUTIFICATION MONTH
RESOLVED, that the May and the City Council of Redlands here-
by declare that the month of February 1970 shall be set aside and
designated as the city of Redlands Cleanup and Beautification Month.
Citizens of Redlands are urged to use this occasion to do their
own share of cleaning up and beautification within the area of their
own influence and environment, to join with the many institutions
and organizations which will he engaged in specific environmental
improvement activities during the month, and to attend the very
significant area-wide conference relating to environmental improve-
ment, on the campus of the University of Redlands , Saturday, Febru-
