A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
REDLANDS, CALIFORNIA, PROCLAIMING TERMINATION
OF LOCAL EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, a local emergency existed in the City of Redlands in accordance
with the proclamation thereof by the Emergency Services Director of the City of
Redlands on the 20th day October 2004, and its ratification by the City Council by
Resolution No. 6340 on the 27`h day of October 2004; and
WHEREAS, the situation resulting from said conditions of extreme peril is now
deemed to be within the control of the normal protective services, personnel, equipment,
and facilities of and within the City of Redlands;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redlands
that said local emergency is hereby terminated.
ADOPTED by the City Council and signed by the Mayor and attested to by the
City Clerk this 21"day of December 2004.

foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a meeting of the
City Council of said City at its meeting held on the 21" day of December, 2004, by the
