A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
REDLANDS,CALIFORNIA, PROCLAIMING TERMINATION
OF LOCAL EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, a local emergency existed in the City of Redlands in accordance
with the proclamation thereof by the Emergency Services Director of the City of
Redlands on the 13'h day January 2005, and its ratification by the City Council by
Resolution No. 6357 on the 18`h day of January 2005; and
WHEREAS, the situation resulting from said conditions of extreme peril is now
deemed to be within the control of the normal protective services, personnel, equipment,
and facilities of and within the City of Redlands;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redlands
that said local emergency is hereby terminated.
ADOPTED by the City Council and signed by the Mayor and attested to by the
City Clerk this 1s'day of March 2005.
