A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS CALIFORNIA
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS TO ACT FOR AND ON
BEHALF OF SAID CITY IN THE EXECUTION OF PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO. 007-
M, TO ADMINISTERING AGENCY-STATE AGREEMENT FOR FEDERAL-AID
PROJECT NO. 08-5083.
WHEREAS,the City ofRedlands,California has applied for Federal Aid underthe Transportation
Community System Preservation program for funding the feasibility studies, concept plans and
traffic and circulation analysis for the development of parking structures in downtown Redlands;
and
WHEREAS,the City of Redlands,California has previously executed a State-Local entity Master
Agreement for the use of Federal funds; and
WHEREAS,the City of Redlands,California desires to apply for reimbursement for 100%of the
costs incurred for the various engineering studies included in this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands as
follows:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor of the City of Redlands is hereby authorized, effective November
1,2005,to act for and on behalf of the City of Redlands in execution of Program Supplement No.
007-M, to Administering Agency-State Agreement for Federal-Aid Project No. 08-5083.
