A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS CALIFORNIA
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS TO ACT FOR AND ON
BEHALF OF SAID CITY IN THE EXECUTION OF PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO. M001,
REV 1 TO ADMINISTERING AGENCY-STATE AGREEMENT FOR FEDERAL-AID
PROJECTS NO. 08-5083.
WHEREAS, the City of Redlands, California has applied for Federal Aid under the Section 130
Program for traffic signals at California Street and the Interstate 10 ramps; and
WHEREAS, the City of Redlands, California has previously executed a State-Local entity Master
Agreement for Section 130 funds for railroad crossing protection at California Street and the
BNSF Railroad south of and adjacent to Interstate 10; and
WHEREAS, the City of Redlands, California desires to apply for reimbursement for 90% of the
cost for the installation of traffic signals at California Street and the Interstate 10 ramps.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands as follows:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor of the City of Redlands is hereby authorized, effective February
6, 2001, to act for and on behalf of the City of Redlands in execution of Program Supplement No.
M001, Rev 1 to Administering Agency-State Agreement for Federal-Aid Projects No. 08-5083.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 6`h day of February, 2001.
