A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS CALIFORNIA
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS TO ACT FOR AND ON
BEHALF OF SAID CITY IN THE EXECUTION OF PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO.005-M,
TO ADMINISTERING AGENCY-STATE AGREEMENT FOR FEDERAL-AID PROJECTS
NO. 08-5083,
WHEREAS, the City of Redlands, California has applied for Federal Aid under the CMAQ
program for the purchase of an electric shuttle bus; and
WHEREAS, the City of Redlands, California has previously executed a State-Local entity Master
Agreement for the use of Federal funds; and
WHEREAS, the City of Redlands, California desires to apply for reimbursement for 90% of the
cost for the purchase of an electric shuttle bus.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands as follows:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor of the City of Redlands is hereby authorized, effective May 15,
2001, to act for and on behalf of the City of Redlands in execution of Program Supplement No.
005-M, to Administering Agency-State Agreement for Federal-Aid Projects No. 08-5083.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 15' day of May, 2001.
